In facist Italy and Nazi Germany, the State gained control over the corporations. In modern America corporations have gained control over the US Government. BUT the results are the same. In a wide-ranging conversation author and journalist Jim Marrs tells us that American citizens are considered cattle to be herded in whatever direction our Corporate masters decide to take us and it is killing us.

Jim’s Bio

JIM MARRS is a Texas journalist and author of four New York Times Best Selling books. His latest book, Population Control: How Corporate Owners Are Killing Us,” was published in June 2015. It describes how the fraudulent claim of overpopulation has been used to reduce humankind by means of deadly food, water, air, pharmaceuticals and warfare.

A native of Fort Worth, Texas, Jim Marrs earned a degree in journalism from the University of North Texas and attended graduate school at Texas Tech in Lubbock. He has worked for several Texas newspapers, including the Fort Worth Star-Telegram, where beginning in 1968 he served as a police reporter and general assignments reporter covering stories locally, in Europe and the Middle East. After a leave of absence to serve with a Fourth Army Intelligence Unit during the Vietnam War, he became a military and aerospace writer, and an investigative reporter.

Beginning in1976 until his retirement in 2007, Marrs taught a course on the assassination of President John F. Kennedy at the University of Texas at Arlington. In 1989, his book, Crossfire: The Plot That Killed Kennedy, was published to critical acclaim and reached the New York Times Paperback Non-Fiction Best Seller List. It became a basis for the Oliver Stone film JFK, on which Marrs served as a chief consultant for both the film’s screenplay and production. An updated and expanded version was published in 2013.

In May, 1997, Marrs’ in-depth investigation of UFOs, Alien Agenda, was published and eventually translated into several foreign languages becoming the top-selling non-fiction UFO book in the world. From 2000 to 2007, he taught a course on UFOs at the University of Texas at Arlington becoming perhaps the first to teach about UFOs at the college level.

Other books by Marrs include Rule by Secrecy (2000), The Terror Conspiracy Revisited (2007), The Rise of the Fourth Reich, (2008) and The Trillion-Dollar Conspiracy (2010). 1. As I consider the peril of our day as shared by Mr. Marrs, I am reminded that the perpetrators, the children of disobedience, have a spirit at work within them – the spirit of the prince of the power of the air (Ephesians 2). I’m reminded of this, praise God, by the Spirit that is at work within me – the Spirit of Christ (Romans 8). And so peril comes to Gods people, no matter what Continent they reside in – it always has and will continue until the day of Jesus Christ.

But praise God that He has reminded His people through all generations since the death, burial and resurrection of His only begotten Son, to bathe their dark peril in the brilliant light of His Word as He exhorts them with…”Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? As it is written, For thy sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter. Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us. For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.” (Romans 8:35-39)

Now I’m sure that many who listened to this discussion were troubled by being reminded once again of the peril they are in and the frailty of their situation. I trust they will be encouraged by your referenced verse…”But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.” Isaiah 40:30

    Securely in Christ,
    Bud

PS…Thank you Pastor Mike for keeping the discussion focused.

    • Hi Bud:
