Few would argue that modern technology makes life much easier than our forefathers had it. But is that necessarily a good thing? One might say that it absolutely is, when talking about what technology has done for the medical field and the benefit to human life. Technology makes travel and communication a normal part of our everyday activities. But, is there a danger that is hidden in our usage of technology that we are overlooking?
How dependent have we become upon modern conveniences such as electricity? How do we know if there is danger lurking beneath the surface? One way to understand this issue is to imagine what America would be like if there was a prolonged blackout due to the loss of America’s electrical grid. What would America look like after 1 year of very limited to no electrical power?
Those, my friends, are questions that deserve serious answers. Stay tuned for my conversation with Dr. Peter Pry in this episode of the Soaring Eagle Radio show.
