Habakkuk 3:2 says: “LORD, I have heard of Your fame: I stand in awe of Your deeds, LORD. Repeat them in our day, in our time make them known: in wrath remember mercy.”
In Thann Bennett’s book, “My Fame, His Fame,” we find a call for believers in Jesus Christ to heed the example of the prophet Habakkuk by stepping to their watch on the ramparts and calling for a revelation of God’s mighty acts to be repeated in our time. It is an inspiring reminder that our lives are to be lived for one aim: to increase the fame of the Famous One.
Thann Bennett is the Director of Government Affairs for the Washington DC-based American Center for Law and Justice (ACLJ). He is a regular on-air contributor to the daily syndicated radio broadcast, “Jay Sekulow Live!” He is the author of “In Search of the King,” as well as “My Fame His Fame,” which is the subject of our conversation today.
