Alexis De Tocqueville famously noted, \u201cThere is no country in the world where the Christian religion retains a greater influence over the souls of men than in America, and \u2026 its influence is powerfully felt over the most enlightened and free nation of the earth.\u201d<\/p>\n

Patrick Henry stated, \u201cAmerica affords asylum, prosperity, and freedom of worship to peoples of other faiths, or none.\u201d A Muslim or Buddhist nation she is not. This founding father further maintained, \u201cIt cannot be emphasized too strongly or too often that this great nation was founded, not by religionists, but by Christians; not on religions, but on the Gospel of Jesus Christ.\u201d<\/p>\n

America does not resemble the nation of the founding fathers. In fact America has been transformed so radically and thoroughly that it is difficult to comprehend how this change happened so quickly.<\/p>\n

I will discuss how this radical transformation has been accopmplished by those who hate America in my interview with author and commentator Debra Rae in this episode of\u00a0The Soaring Eagle Radio show.<\/p>\n

Debra Bio<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Debra Rae is an author, journalist, and educator, who contributes monthly to a variety of Internet news magazines and is guest lecturer to groups of all sizes. For years a WOMANTalk Radio co–\u2010host, Debra now hosts her own program, TRUTHTalk: Beyond the Sound Bite. Debra is a happily married, longtime resident of the Great Pacific Northwest. She has a BA from the University of Iowa, and a M.Ed. from the University of Washington. She also holds a Bachelor of Theology and a Master of Ministry degree as well.<\/p>\n
